Wandering - Another Creature

Children of Night

day vision haunting nights
creatures of eternal dreams moue
penury of a flower of ethereal copulation.
children of these fields cajole
as some courtesan of a gypsy tent
with never ending curtains of silk
and lank attire.

creatures lingering in the debauchery
of a silent desire sigmoid cloister
bending like in a maze.
They are masters,
Savant, catechizing,
They are children,
Puerile, in purblind credulity
They are ...

Evelyn

I knocked on a door
of some familiar hide away,
she used to be there
plants on a balcony
north facing,
sun was not strong,
cold,
shadows prevailed
whatever grew
was grey
not green
some sad hide away
these lives ceased to be
one day
when I knocked on her door.
Fine china,
hardly used.
some clothes,
still new
did not bear the scent of her yet.
her writings and letters scattered,
napkins folded perfectly,
plans still waiting to fulfill
what remains?

she was gone
to some sad lonely norhtern sky.

I knocked on her door
but Evelyn was gone.

The First Two

There is a garden,
Where Adam and Eve once wandered,
Where their stories linger in the open air
Like strange voices shouting
Into the wind.

The stars fall like rain
Drop after drop
from shimmering leaves of desire bending.
At the end of every night
The moon rising
To light up
the innocence of a sin.
And you were the air that I breathed
but you, too, were never one to gaze
Into the eyes of destiny,
Into the faces of gently falling snow
who like me dreamt of your eye lids,
in the winter grim.

You, too,
Were never one with me,
Or the falling snow flakes,
Like the exceeding passion
Falling
And falling.

And you were never one with me,
Like the skin that’s close to me,
Every moment of every lifetime.

Never with me
Or angels of our choosing
Or Gods of our dreams,
never one with me.

And naïve I was to dream
Of your love,
your kiss
your desire for the fruit of heavens
that fall like autumn leaves.

You too,
Were never one with me.
never free;

Yet, in the infancy of our falling
No one else ever was
But you and me;

When we were innocently falling
like angels
In the darkened allies of forgotten dreams.

Ancient Arranged Love

The soft sentiments of pleasure
began to arouse our palates
of wanton and desire.
Gazing at her within the sedan
we were carried by the servants
through the streets
and bazaars
of the villages.

I yearned her lips,
and the touch of her skin
soft as the silky pillows and gowns
she lain within
in that pleasant summer morn.

And as we were driven softly
to our passion
and promise of the kiss
we knew the forbidden thoughts
we shared
were as sinful as they were pleasing.

The misty curtain of silk
blowing
by the warm breeze
in and out of my view
as I watched
her expressions of innocent desire
And as I gazed
into her eyes of coy glances.

And then
when the sedan stopped
we jettisoned
to ride the magic carpet
where we would
with only flight
and the wind
to protect us.

Butterfly

Oh goodness gracious me
There's a butterfly in my tree
I am only an arm's reach away
It hasn't yet begun to flee.

Oh heavens from above
It has flown to a foxglove
I'll remain hot on its trail
It inflames my emotions of love.

Dressed in attire of velvet
Living a short life without regret
How much more beautiful can life be
In colours one can never forget.

Will you let me touch your wing
A touch worthy of a small sting
I'll stay in love with you for ever
I assure you my love is not a fling.

Oh alright fly out of reach in play
You fly here, there and away
But please come back soon my dear
I'll grow flowers for you to stay.
